A reservation is confirmed once we have issued a written confirmation. Rates are quoted per room per night, include breakfast, and are subject to applicable government taxes.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than fourteen days before arrival are refunded in full. Within fourteen days, one night's tariff is retained. Peak season and festival stays carry separate terms advised at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A valid government photo identification is required for every adult guest at check-in.
Children and extra guests
Children under six stay free when sharing existing bedding. Extra beds are available in selected rooms at a supplementary charge.
Conduct and the estate
The resort sits within a working coffee estate and protected forest. Guests are asked to stay on marked trails, avoid feeding wildlife, and observe quiet hours between 10:30 PM and 6:30 AM.
Liability
The resort is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited in the in-room safe, or for the interruption of activities due to weather or conditions beyond our control.
