We collect the details you give us when you make a reservation or send an enquiry — your name, contact details, stay dates and any preferences you share. We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about how this website is used.
Your information is used to confirm and deliver your stay, to answer your questions, and — only if you have asked for it — to send occasional news and offers. We do not sell your data to anyone.
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate the resort, such as payment processors and transport partners, and only to the extent required to fulfil your booking.
Reservation records are retained for the period required by Indian hospitality and tax regulations. Enquiry records are deleted after twenty-four months of inactivity.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
